Renny Omotayo is a purpose-driven leader, social worker, and founder of Boldheart Resources Ltd and Flourish Circle CIC, where she is passionately committed to empowering teenagers to heal, grow, and lead with confidence. Drawing from her diverse background in accounting, information technology, and social impact, she blends practical insight with compassion to uplift and equip young people for purposeful living.
Through Flourish Circle CIC, Renny leads impactful initiatives for teenagers, including:

- Mentorship and coaching programmes
- Emotional wellbeing and resilience training
- Career and future-readiness guidance
- Faith-based leadership development

Throughout his career, Mr. Omotayo has worked across sectors to design and implement robust cybersecurity systems, mitigate digital threats, and future-proof critical operations. His expertise spans risk assessment, data protection, cloud security, and compliance, making him a trusted advisor in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Folashade Alonge is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a master’s degree in counselling and Psychotherapy and over 20 years of experience in the public and voluntary sectors.
She is the Health and Wellbeing Lead for MAMA Health and Poverty Partnership and a core member of the Elephant Trail Project, driving systemic change in Greater Manchester.
As a Black woman born in Africa, having lived in the U.S. and now in the UK, her journey fuels her advocacy. Passionate about supporting victims and survivors of FGM, she actively engages in community networks to promote mental health, social justice, and empowerment.
She leads and runs an online prayer group that prays everyday for the past 12 years.
